Westchester Alphas Educational Foundation
The 'Suit-Up!' Mentoring Program is dedicated to empowering high school young men with the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to successfully navigate the transition from adolescence to purposeful adulthood, focusing on college entry, career readiness, and servant leadership.
Established in 2020, it is a collaborative program between The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Eta Zeta Lambda Chapter, and the Westchester Alphas Educational Foundation (WAEF).
In 2026 the Links/NRHS Young Achievers Program and The Westchester Alphas/WAEF Suit-Up! program Joined forces.
Programming includes: Goal Setting & Study Skills workshop, Leadership Training, College Tour, Resume Writing, Mock Interview (Job/College), Community Service Project, SAT/ACT Prep, FAFSA Workshop, College Essay Writing Workshop, and a returning Young Achievers college panel.
